She is survived by: her children, Greg Cook (Stacey) and Debra Cook; her grandchildren, Samantha (Corey), Heather (Clint), Kerry Jr. and Kerissa; her great grandchildren, Madison, Kennedi and Sloane; and her sister Patricia Baker (Terry).
