It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Bullock of Stuttgart, Arkansas, born in Carlisle, Arkansas, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Andrews and Gertrude Andrews; her husband Harvey Bullock; and her granddaughter Krista Lynn. She is survived by: her children, Roger Bullock (Sue) of Jonesboro, Cliff Bullock (Susan) of Kilgore, Texas and Suzanne Mell (Richard) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Brad Bullock, Kandice Alexander (Tom), Eric Bullock, Nathan Bullock, Katie Mell-Davies (Phillip), Bridgette Browning (David) and Daniel Bullock (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Patrick, Iva, Leigh, Lorelai, Adam, Barrett and TJ. She is also survived by several sisters-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.
