He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Ruth Williams Cotton; and his brother Joseph Lee Cotton. He is survived by: his father Harold James Cotton of DeWitt; his wife Sarah Wilson-Cotton; his children, Joseph Isaac Cotton of Stuttgart and Lillian Margaret Cotton of Stuttgart; and his siblings, Billy Joe Cotton of DeWitt, Tonya Patton of Humphrey and Shelbi Renee Cotton of DeWitt.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (307 E 4th St, Stuttgart, AR 72160).
