He is survived by: his wife Wanda Mayfield; his sons, Jay Mayfield (Tetyana) of Baton Rouge and Dr. Brad Mayfield (LaJuan Scales) of Lake Village; his sisters, Barbara Ritter of Clarendon and Billie Cupples of Oak Grove; and his granddaughter Mary-Margaret Mayfield.
