He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Hartley and Ella Mae Hartley; and his brother Martie Hartley. He is survived by: his children, Todd Hartley (Marnie) of Stuttgart, Michael Hartley (Tami) of Stuttgart, Cole Hartley (Sarah) of Stuttgart and Tina McPherson (Brett) of Stuttgart; and his grandchildren, Heather Collins, Harrison Hartley, Ethan Cottrell, Isabella Hartley, Dylan Cottrell, Joshua Hartley and Olivia Hartley.

His family requests memorials be made to Alzheimer's Association, Museum of the Arkansas Grand Prairie or the donor's choice.
