He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Luebker and Edris Diemer Luebker; his daughter Monica Lynne Luebker; his sister Patricia Collier; his father-in-law Alton Fryer; his wife Debbie Luebker; his son Christopher Luebker (Jaime Lowe) of Dallas, Texas; his stepchildren, Jake Fisher (Tiffany) of Hot Springs and Natalie Fisher of Benton; his siblings, Wayne Luebker (Mae Ann) of Fayetteville, David Luebker (Sylvia) of Little Rock and Barbara McCarley (Robert) of Conway; his grandchildren, Elle Luebker, Dylan Luebker, Nohri Andrews and Sadie Branch; and his mother-in-law Louise Fryer of Stuttgart.
