He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Henry Oliver, Sr. and Effie Mae Graves Oliver; his daughter Rebecca Denise Oliver; and his siblings, Thomas Henry "Dude" Oliver, Jr., J. L. Oliver, Milton Oliver, Roger Oliver, Lucille Dorsch, Delores Synco, Mary Lou Howard and Gloria Dickson.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Hobbie" Oliver; his son Dean Oliver (Genia) of Stuttgart; and his stepdaughter Margo Hafner (Joe) of Jonesboro. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
