He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dabner, Sr. and Gracie Bradley Dabner; and his siblings, Mary Dabner, Martha Dabner, Leola Dabner Jackson, Sercie Dabner Smith and Virginia Holt.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Dabner; his children, James Dabner III (Della), Janice Dabner, Vickie Dabner, Kimberly Dabner and Lizzie Wofford; his siblings, Eddie Dabner (Mary), Henry Dabner, Sr. (Gloria), Ruby Browley, Marva Joe Dabner, Marblelene Alexander and Bular Taylor; and his friend Joe Alexander. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
