He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Heien and Lois Langford Heien; his wife Betty Schwartz Heien; and his sisters, Loretta Langrehr, Katherine Givens and Bobbie Jean Robbins.
He is survived by: his sons, Richard Heien and Wayne Heien of Stuttgart; his close friend Peggy Hollanger of Stuttgart; his sister Betty Coose of Stuttgart; and his grandchildren, April Rogers (Paul), Natalie Gresham (Brock) and Matthew Heien. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Turpin Funeral Home (1107 W 22nd St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (205 E 5th St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Lone Tree Cemetery.
