He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson and Ebrena Connor Fletcher; his siblings, Willard Fletcher, Jefferson Junior Fletcher, Billy Tom Fletcher, Kenneth Earl Fletcher and Ann Lockwood; and his sister-in-law Linda Cover.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Rose Place Fletcher; his daughters, Melanie Brentnell (Glenn) of Oklahoma City, OK and Melinda Collier (Brad) of Stuttgart; his granddaughters, Lauren Brentnell of Austin, Jillian Bell (Blake) of Conway and Jordan Parker (Nathan) of Little Rock; his great grandchildren, Nina Grace Parker and Lucas Bell; his siblings, Wilma Cox of DeWitt, Linda Robinson of Stuttgart and Jimmy Dale Fletcher of DeWitt; and his brothers-in-law, Scott Place (Karen) and John Cover of Gillett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church, Gillett Methodist Church, or Gillett Cemetery.
