With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Floy Prislovsky (Stuttgart, Arkansas), born in Keo, Arkansas, who passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Louis Prislovsky Sr.; her parents, Charlie Fore and Ethel Fore; her sons-in-law, Kevin Derden and Rickie Cook; her grandson Jason Cook; and her sister Charline Cavalier.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Floy and James; her children, James Louis Prislovsky Jr. (Lesa) of Carlisle, Janie Derden of Little Rock and Barbara Cook of Ulm; her siblings, Charles Fore of Little Rock, Carolyn Jones and Linda Bush of Prairieville, LA.; her grandson Aaron Meins (Jennifer); her son Byron Cook (Debra); her grandchildren, Hannah of Stuttgart, Hayden Cook of Stuttgart, Madison Derden Crook (Josh) of Memphis, TN., Preston Prislovsky of Carlisle and Taylor Wallace (Matthew); and her children, Emma Bogy and George Wallace. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church & School or Alzheimer's Arkansas.
