He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Mae and Espy Mahfouz; his children, Jon Paul Mahfouz and Natalie Mahfouz; his sister Myrtie Sue Engelkes; and his granddaughter Whitney Elrod.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mahfouz; his children, Jamie Mahfouz, Tony Mahfouz, Marnie Hartley (Todd), Mandy Mahfouz, Nicole Lammers and Donna Herrington; his grandchildren, Isabella Hartley and Joshua Hartley; and his niece Suzanne Stroh. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
