With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee Pay (Stuttgart, Arkansas), who passed away on September 24, 2024 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Pay (Richardson); his children, Jeremy Winkowski, Jayson Winkowski (Hope), Shanda Daniel (Casey) and Joshua Pay (Brianna); his brother Grover (Brenda); his grandchildren, Hayley, Embry, Jonah, Evan, Cylas, Luke and Winnifred; and his great grandchild Henry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Turpin Funeral Home (1107 W 22nd St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
