Hogan (Otis) of Little Rock, Arkansas; and his siblings, James Scaife of Stuttgart, Arkansas and Katie "Vert" Burton of Marvell, Arkansas. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
