He is survived by: his mother Joyce Evelyn Gifford Ponder of Little Rock; his son Joseph Worring (Christina) of Stuttgart; his siblings, Carrol Ray Ponder of Stuttgart, J. C. Ponder of Stuttgart, Raymond Ponder (Cindy Doreen) of Stuttgart, Steve Ponder of Stuttgart, Marvin Ponder of Stuttgart, J. E. Ponder (Cindy K.) of Stuttgart, Stacy Ponder (Cindy Dawn) of Tumbling Shoals, Barbara Franzen (Marvin) of Maquoketa, Mildred Baldwin (Donald) of Little Rock and Patsy Jean Mingie (Les Mingie) of Little Rock; his grandsons, Jackson Worring of Utah and Dillion Saffell of Stuttgart; and his close friend Michael Maier of Stuttgart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Turpin Funeral Home (1107 W 22nd St, Stuttgart, AR 72160). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
