She was predeceased by: her siblings, Tommy Penticoff, Carol Cripe and Sara Elizabeth Penticoff. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mathis; her children, Luke Kincade of Humphrey, John Kincade (April) of Horseshoe Bend, Ark. and Dawn Dunsmore of Jacksonville, Ark.; and her sisters, Mary Jean Lackie (Euell) of Jacksonville and Franny Kincade (Kenny) of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
