He is survived by: his brothers, Parnell, Ronald and Danny Shelton; his wife Annie Luevenia Shutes-Shelton; his daughter Janice Shelton-Davis (Fred) of El Dorado; and his siblings, Lawanda Shelton-Hicks (Johnny) of Strong and Gary Bernard Shelton (April) of El Dorado. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and cousins.
