He is survived by: his wife Billie Joyce Russell Barnes; his children, Kevin Barnes and Sierra Jinks; his grandchildren, Kyle Barnes, Tabitha Dollar and Ashton Scharbor; his great grandchildren, Yvanna Barnes and Damian Jinks; and his siblings, Gloria Chadwick (Wayne), Tammy Smith and Tony Barnes (Stacy). He is also survived by extended family and friends.
