He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moak and Bennie Lee Erwin Moak; and his son Mark Moak. He is survived by: his significant other Nan May Moak; his sons, Michael Moak (Rita) and David Thompson; and his sister Joanne Holmes (JW). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
