He is survived by: his wife Janice Smith Scott; his siblings, Willie O'Guinn, Wardell O'Guinn, Bo Norman and Felma Norman; his grandparents, Perciel Smith and Trenie Smith; his daughter-in-law Patricia Miller of God; his children, Vickie Willis of Strong, Kristi Newton of Strong, Kayla Gatson of Strong, Kenneth Miller of Rockford and Eric Scott of Strong; his siblings, Mary Frances Furlow (Clark) of El Dorado and Willie Carl Norman (Veronica) of Lancaster; his children, Marilyn Champion of El Dorado and Shaunderic "Sannderic" Bean of Strong; and also, Maternal, Paternal, Steve Howard and Robert "Truck" Loggins. He is also survived by grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
