He was predeceased by: his father Tillman Crisp; his wife Nadine Poole Crisp; and his stepchildren, Kenny West, Stanley West and Lisa West.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Crisp (Sue), Jimmy Ray Crisp and Anita Otwell (Johnny); his grandchildren, Ryan Crisp, Sean Crisp (Camryn), Lane Wood (Megan) and Kaylee Otwell; his great grandchild Tatum Wood; and his brother James Crisp. He is also survived by seven step-great-grandchildren.
