It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Floyd of Strong, Arkansas, born in Swifton, Arkansas, who passed away on June 30, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loise Keaster and William Floyd; and his brother-in-law Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Sammy Floyd; his daughter Julie Floyd; his granddaughters, Lydia Fryer, Yiwei Tang and Marth Bohaichuk; his siblings, Kathryn Gosvenor, Jerry Wayne Keaster (Barbara) and Boyce Keaster (Debbie); and his aunts and uncles, Peggy Bradley, Loretta Poole, Shirley King, Nyoka Floyd, David Poole and Gene Floyd. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In leu of flowers the family request donations be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital.
