He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kenneth "Bud" Willmuth Sr. and Verna Mae Milligan Willmuth; and his siblings, James Murphy Willmuth, Pauline Howard, Mary Wanda Williams, Johnnie Sue Ratliff and Brenda Nell Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Nina Willmuth; his daughters, Beverly Matheny (Jerry) of Strawberry and Ronda Witt (Eddie) of Strawberry; his brother Charles Willmuth of Cave City; his sister-in-law Carolyn Willmuth of Strawberry; his grandchildren, Jenny Burrow (Justin) of Strawberry, Leslee Smith (Jared) of Cave City, Zach Witt (Amber) of Batesville and Jordan Young (Chris) of Cave City; and his great grandchildren, Chase, Ayden, Emree Smith of Cave City, Gabe, Maci, Beckett Witt of Batesville, Kaden, Libby Burrow of Strawberry and Witten Young of Cave City. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
