She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Combs and Anita Combs; and her brothers, Todd Combs and C. J. Combs. She is survived by: her son Michael Orrick (Rose) of Strawberry; her grandchildren, Jason Orrick (Crystal) of Lynn, Cindy Clifton of Pangburn and Natalie Dixon of Saffell; her great grandchildren, Jaret, Abby Orrick, Kolby, Kynlee and Kenzie Clifton; and her great great grandchild Callie Orrick.
