With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Franks (Strawberry, Arkansas), born in Burdette, Arkansas, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Franks and Sue Margaret Franks (Roark); his brothers, Hershel Franks, Bobby Franks, Charles Franks and Paul Franks; and his daughter Bonnie Sutton.
He is survived by: his wife Elda Franks (Slisher); his son Kenneth Franks of Bono; his siblings, Jesse Franks of Bethesda, Sandra Lawrence of Bethesda and Mary Sue Enoch of Cushman; and his grandchildren, Justin Sutton of Dallas and Sasha Davis of Batesville. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
All attendees must provide and wear their own masks and social distancing will be observed.
