He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah White and Sleeter White (Phillips); his wife Margaret (Hopper); and his brothers, Namon, Otis and Fletcher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Terry of Story, AR, Sandra Garten (Sandy) of Cary, NC and Brenda Talley (Terry) of San Antonio, TX; and his grandsons, Jeremy Housand (Emma) of Kintnersville, PA, Chris Garten of Lansdale, PA and Matt Talley (Katherine) of Austin, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, family members have chosen to postpone T. O.'s funeral services until it is safe to congregate for a memorial service.
