He is survived by: his parents, Willie Horton and Minnie Blocker Horton; his wife Donna Horton of Story; his daughters-in-law, Floyd Horton, Jr. of Pahrump, Dewayne Horton, Brenda Horton of Sheridan, Brian Stephens, Carrie Stephens of Visalia, Tony Rocha and Kelita Rocha of Story; and his daughter Deloris Frantz. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; extended family members and wonderful friends.
