He was predeceased by: his parents, Isom Byrd and Elma Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Frances Byrd; his daughter Sandra Wright (Rickey); his grandchild Charlie; his daughter Barbara Evans (David); his grandchild Ryan (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Presley and Leighton; his grandchildren, Nick (Becca) and Marilyn Sims (Joe); his great grandchildren, Brooks, Jennifer and Kelly; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Amber and Joe Jr. Charles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Philadelphia Cemetery at 1232 Highway 124, Judsonia, AR, 72081.
