Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved William Poindexter of Stephens, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 96, on January 18, 2023. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dawson Poindexter and Oda Poindexter; his wife Juanita Poindexter; his daughter Gloria Elliott; his siblings, Jack, Sanders Poindexter and Francis Giles; his half-brothers, Jerry Poindexter and Sonny Poindexter; and his son-in-law Bill Glisson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Beasley (Fred) and Debra Glisson; his son-in-law David Elliott; his grandchildren, Chris, Carl, Zach, Eric, Jason and Ashley; and his siblings, Don Poindexter and Betty Greenlee. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
