She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter, Jr. of Stephens; her children, Ashlie Tobey of Hot Springs, AR, Chelsea Slack (Devin) of New Orleans, LA, Brad Carter of Stephens and Wesley Carter (Amber) of Stephens; her grandchildren, Julian, Edison, Jet Tobey, Lauren, Natalee and Aniston Carter; her siblings, Randy Rogers (Kim) of Sherwood, AR and Judy Wells (Bubba) of Buckner, AR; and her uncle Jimmy Wilson (Gay Nell) of Magnolia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. Holly Community Church (2935 Stephens Hwy, Mt Holly, AR 71758). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
