Carter (Kristi) of Stephens, AR; his siblings, Lanny (Ruby Carter), Danny (Janet Carter), Tommy Carter, Tony (Michelle Carter), Reba Faye Stewart of Yukon, OK and Carol; his grandchildren, Ben of Shepherdsville, KY, Jennifer Layman of Shepherdsville, KY, Caitlin of Shepherdsville, KY, Joseph Maier of Shepherdsville, KY, Gage, Katie Carter, Gannon and Colleen Carter; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Liam, Colin, Harper Layman of Shepherdsville, KY and Grayson Carter of Stephens, AR. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
