He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Neely and Floy Neely; and his parents-in-law, Kinton and Julia Mae Langley. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Langley Neely; his son Robert K. Neely; his nieces and nephews, Lydia Cochran, Stephen Cochran, Nicole Bullock, Brandy Neely, Cassie Neely, Brian Jackson, Cole Jackson and Kevin Jackson; his siblings, Randy Neely (Cindy) and Susan Jackson (Eddie); his sister-in-law Suzanne Cochran (Mike); and his stepfather Curtis Neely (Pete).
