She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Parker and Lillie Evans Parker; her husband Fay D. Howell; her daughter Letitia Rusch; and her siblings, Nina Halcomb, Marie Davis, Patricia Claxton, John F. Parker and Donald L. Parker.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Howell (Lisa) of Magnolia, AR, Richard Howell (Judy) of Stephens, AR and Joe Howell (Annette) of Stephens, AR; her son-in-law Phillip Rusch of Camden, AR; her granddaughters, Stephanie Ann Howell of Fayetteville, AR, Kristen Marie Howell of Little Rock, AR, Jennifer Lynn Bridges (Daniel) of El Dorado, AR and Kayce Mae Carter (Daniel) of Marysville, AR; and her stepgrandchildren, Jenni Dearmon (Jeremy) and Chris Riley (Brittney). She is also survived by thirteen greatgrandchildren;; and a host of family and friends.
