She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisha Alvin and Alma Carter (Cloud); her husband M. G. Ferrell; her siblings, Lloyd Carter, Marjorie Westmoreland, Helen Long and Dorothy England; and her grandchild Kalom Emerson.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Ferrell (Linda D.) of Stephens, AR, Dianne Little (Dennis) of West Monroe, LA and Teresa Emerson (Jackie) of Louann, AR; her siblings, Alvin Carter, Jr. (Janette) of Stephens, AR and Willie Jinks of Stephens, AR; and her grandchildren, Corey Little, Daryl Little, Kevin Ferrell, Eric Ferrell and Kevin Emerson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
