He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald Lee Penix and Jimmy Carter. He is survived by: his children, William Shane Harville, Zachary Harold Powell, Jacklyn Denise Penix and Laura Christina Penix; and his sister-in-law Penny Penix. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
