He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Willard and Alpha Lou Lloyd O'Neal; his sister Peggy Shockey Williams; and his niece Sherri Noble McArthur. He is survived by: his wife Mary Vega O'Neal of Georgia; his son John David O'Neal of Georgia; his sister Judy Carr (Charles) of Star City; and his grandchildren, Kaiden O'Neal and Kammi O'Neal.
