She is survived by: her son Rusty Smith (Sarah) of Des Arc; her daughter-in-law Vivan Shaw (Kent) of Jonesboro; her stepson Clayton Parr (Kim) of Little Rock; her grandchildren, Lauryn Qualls (Garrett), Zachary Smith, Jeremy Smith (Coral), Caleb Smith, Rachel Smith, Jamison Smith, Connor Parr and Jon Culbert Parr; and her siblings, Harold Deines of Sharon Springs, KS, Marlene Bolen of Goodland, KS and Janice Metcalf (Don) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
