He is survived by: his wife Rita Shirey; his children, April Pambianchi, Lori Shirey and Jeremy Shirey (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cesilee Bixler, Landen Shirey, Hunter McConnell, Maddie Shirey, Hayden McConnell and Hudson Downen; and his brother David Shirey.
