With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville Harris of Star City, Arkansas, born in Cleveland, Arkansas, who passed away on June 10, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harris and Mazelle Lutrell Harris; his wife Clara Ruth Scoggins Harris; his sons, Jeffery Harris and Ricky Lankford; his great grandchild Nathan Lankford; and his siblings, James Calvin Harris, Jr. and Carolyn Freeman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tanya Ehret (Tim Bliss) of West Columbia, Stephanie Rains (Brandan) of Magnolia and Cindy Holcomb (David) of Crockett; and his sisters, Juanita Tompkins of Rison, Arkansas and Floy Furgeson of White Hall. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
