He is survived by: his siblings, Elmer Ludlam of Star City, Dorothy Jean Holland of Rison, Clara Bell Parkman of New Edinburg and Dorothy Faye Ludlam of Rison; and his nieces and nephews, Wenoka Kelly, Wendy Lee, James Burt, Tanya Hogue, Monica Hogue, Chris Ludlam and Misty Ludlam Pruett.
