He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Culliford and Velma Marie Hale Culliford; his former wife Deanna Sue Culliford; and his siblings, Charles Wayne Culliford and Frances "Gale" Culliford Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Greenham Culliford of Star City; his children, Denville Culliford (Tina) of Star City and Dreama Hartley (Daniel) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Craig Culliford (Athena), Mac Culliford and Ace Culliford; and his great grandchildren, Aspen Harris, Quinlyn Culliford and Swade Culliford.
