He is survived by: his stepmother Judy Whitaker; his daughter Megan Whitaker; his stepdaughter Stephanie Friedman (Craig); his siblings, Jeff Whitaker (Renee) and Jennifer Whitaker (Troy Mallicoat); and his half-brother Jody Whitaker (Amanda).
