He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Stover and Mildred Cook Stover Blasengame; his wife Jacalyn "Jackie" Sloan Stover; his siblings, Oscar "Bobo" Hunsaker, Wayne Hunsaker, Sally McWhorter, Martha Russworm and Ardath Edmonds; and his sons, Raymond Winston Stover and David Roy Stover (Greta).
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Krista Russ, Samantha Keene and Bobby Stover; and his siblings, Ronnie Blasengame and Brenda Burnett of Malvern. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Griffin Funeral Service Chapel (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667).
