She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie J. Blasengame and Ludy Thompson Blasengame; her husband Mack Shelby; her son Michael Shelby; and her siblings, Loyd Blasengame, Floyd Blasengame, E. J. Blasengame, Annie Bradshaw, Coy Bates, Nellie Saunders and Evelyn Jones.
She is survived by: her son Thomas Shelby (Mafet) of Star City; and her grandchildren, Windy, Carrie, Shannon, Christy and Sammie. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
