She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Spurlock and Effie Lee McHan Spurlock; her husband Thomas C. "Sonny" Cogbill, Jr.; her son Arthur Lee Cogbill; and her siblings, Arthur Spurlock, Jr., Thomas Calvin Spurlock, L. D. Spurlock, Hazel Spurlock, Lorene Russell and Lois Nobles.
She is survived by: her children, Tom C. Cogbill, III and Leslie Cogbill Leach (Michael) of Star City; and her grandchildren, John David Smith, Kasey Cogbill Reid, Sunny Marie Harp, Amanda Cogbill Terry, Cameron Cogbill, Tom C. Cogbill IV (Cobi), Leeman Cogbill and Lauren Leach. She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
