He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Owen and Elva Lee Williams Owen. He is survived by: his children, Randall Owen (Julie) of Sheridan and Amy Owen of Star City; his brother Elbert Owen (Debbie) of Star City; his granddaughter Millissiee Wilson; and his nieces, Rhonda Ratterree (Joey) and Brooks Rowland (Cody).
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hickory Grove Cemetery (811 N Lincoln Ave, Star City, AR 71667).
