She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Vickers and K. V. Vickers; her fiancé Bobby Stevens; her former husbands, T. V. "Preacher" Hodnett and Cecil Ray Millican; and her siblings, Riley Vickers, Mae Powell, Lorene Massey, Maxine Coleman, Martha Burton and Billy Vickers.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Millican Neal; her granddaughter Amanda Neal; her stepdaughter Diane Widmer of Plano, Texas.; and also Tom Neal of Plano, Texas.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many other dear friends and family.
