He is survived by: his sons, Sammy Wesley Cupples, Robert Daniel Cupples, Joshua Nathaniel Boss Cupples (Alisha) and Jacob Dane Lee Cupples; his grandchildren, Lisa Cupples, Ethan Cupples and Leigha Cupples; his sisters, Kathy Lee (Ricky) and Selina Cupples MacNeill (Norm); and his nephew Randy Dudley. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; numerous great-nieces and nephews.
The family request, in lieu of food or floral memorials, that donations be made to A. O. Smith Funeral Home in Stamps, AR, to help defray Sammy's funeral expenses.
