He is survived by: his mother Willie Nae Fisher; his daughters, Kristina of Stamps, Kirsten of Stamps and Cindy Fisher of Stamps; his siblings, Frank Fisher, Jr. (Vicky) of Gila Bend, AZ and Gerri Dugan (Dennis) of Kearny, AZ; and his close friend Betty Conklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
