It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Larry May of Stamps, Arkansas, born in San Rafael, California, who passed away on November 13, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur May and Ada Bernice May; his wife Kerry May (Stoviac); and his sister Carolyn Roper. He is survived by: his son Heath May (Ashley); his grandchildren, Everly and Aubrey of Nashville; his sons, Rusty May and Rodney May; his sister Jean Matthews; and his close friend Julia Imler of Ashdown, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel (805 Thomas St, Stamps, AR 71860).
